I am reposting (with updates) this online edition of the Haiti Vox Bulletin: Special Report, first released Feb. 24th. This updated edition includes an insert (entitled 'Haitian Helpers') that was released in a PFD format on Feb. 25.
Unfortunately, some readers have had trouble accessing the URL link to the PDF formatted report(on Google Docs). My apologies.
